Where is the best please to scrap / sell a transformer box?

is there a specific type of scrap yard that will give a better price when weighed in?

does anyone have an idea of how much these return when scrapped?

Scrap I'd expect will be iron/steel value as there's not a lot of copper in the windings.

I wouldn’t of thought it’s worth putting it on eBay it’s like 20 + years old, not sure if it would still work just thought seeing as it’s very heavy - the scrap value would be worth the trip to the yard + a few quid?
