Thursday - Market Day
Buy next week's fruit and veg from the market stall. - Bread and rolls from the local bakers shop. Meat from the local butchers.
Friday
Visit our local Aldi for stuff you can't get off the market eg coffee beans, tinned stuff, dairy etc

I find it very difficult to shop online, but have been tempted by a couple of offers from Ocado and Waitrose.
My main issue with it, is that my shopping strategy is head to what I call "the treasure shelf" (ie the reduced to clear section) and let that dictate what else I need to buy.
I live by myself, and I'm not fussy so it works out pretty well - generally I'll spot a big bag of potatoes that are reduced to something silly like 30p, and that will last me until the next time a big bag of bargain spuds pops up!0
