New Civil Service Payroll Provider
I hope this isn't classed as Political but it's been announced by the PCS Union (see their Tweet below) that a £700m contract has been awarded to Capita to provide Payroll services to some of the biggest departments!!!!

So the company that's doing such a fantastic job paying Civil Service pensioners has been given the payroll job for the pre-pensioners too?
