Pretty basic info needed really:
Name & address,
Financial details, how much credit, how it will be re-paid, interest rate applicable etc etc,
Terms and conditions in force at the time of signing,
No signature is required to be on it.

Thanks. Thats what I thought, there is no date on anything so tricky to know if the info is as it was back in 2012.

In a similar boat to yourself. How did you get one with this. I also have never received a CCS request from PRA group. now had a simple claim form sent to me.
Also seeking advice from national debt helpline.
Debts Jan 2024 : £105000!!eek!!
Debts Sept 2024 : £81000
Debts Oct 2024: £73600
Debts July 2026: £300000 -

Its National Debtline.org, do not use any other with a similar sounding name.
Googling "National debt helpline" will only bring up numerous debt management companies wanting to sell you an IVA.
Make sure its National Debtline.org, no other.
