Perch Capital / ACI / Salary Finance

Hi,

I've this morning received correspondence from ACI as Perch Capital has purchased my loan from Salary Finance. Wording definitely says "Sold". I immediately rang them to inform them the balance is incorrect (£187.50 difference, not much I know) as a result of a irresponsible lending claim back in September 2024, and also that I'm with PayPlan DMP.

Is there anything for me to worry about here? Just stressing out for no reason I think, but just everything happening at once so just thought I'd ask this forum.

    Nothing to worry about. Do Payplan know about the new owners of the debt?

    I've informed PayPlan immediately this morning as soon as I received the email from ACI about being sold to them. PayPlan have confirmed they have updated my details and also sent the relevant documentation to ACI today.
