Why am I paying extra for rail replacement buses?
I have to get the earlier bus to work by almost an hour until they finish some works, which I think puts me in peak times that I never am. I wasn't able to/allowed to use my railcard and this could be ongoing for weeks.
I sent an email that might get looked at in a month. What else can I do?
Thanks.

What service would you normally use.

Agree with work to start later or to work from home?
Peak/non-peak is based on when you start the journey not the time you arrive at your destination

You do now !

I’ve never been asked to show a ticket on a replacement bus. Is this a particularly long journey? Do they actually look at the ticket?
