1. The prize comprises a two (2) night stay in Yorkshire for two (2) people including; 

a)     Two (2) nights at Grays Court Hotel sharing a Superior Room 
b)     Daily Full English Breakfast
c)     Three course evening meal on one night at the Bow Restaurant including a bottle of house wine to share  
d)     Round private transfers from Grays Court Hotel to Grosmont Railway Station
e)     A 2.45hr Pullman dining experience with North Yorkshire Moors Railway

2) The prize winner must be 18 years or over.  Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card to check in at the accommodation for security deposit purposes. 

3) The prize must be taken within 12 months of the winner being announced but cannot be taken on or between the following dates:  15th December 2026 to 20th January 2027, 14th February 2027, 26th March 2027 to 29th March 2027, 3rd May 2027 and 30th May 2027. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. 
4) Booking is subject to availability. 

5) The Bow Restaurant is open Wednesday to Saturday.

6) Pullman dining experience are available on certain dates as per their timetable . The dining experience runs from 24 March 2026 to 4 November 2026 for the 2026 season, 2027 dates are yet to be released but will be available on the timetable link once confirmed.

7) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited. 8) Neither 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the accommodation or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

 9) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. Accessibility links can be found below:

10) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

11) If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to a pandemic or global emergency and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

12) Any additional charges or expenses due to a pandemic or global emergency which could include but are not limited to  quarantine hotels, medical passports (should they become a requirement), medical tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner.   13) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. 

14) For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the home to the airport / train station, gratuities, meals or other  travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.
