    For those who manage to succeed in obtaining one, at least they'll get something useful in return for the oppressively enforced TV liscense fee!
    For those of whom pub dramas, DIY, brick-brack auctions, horse racing, and BBC News' editorial policy (among other things designated flawed by Lord Hutton) - and now condoms - are of no personal use and value, another reason to be disgusted at being legally obliged to pay annually an amount that far exceeds the price of many new TV's.
