New Passport Rules
Hi
I am flying from Alicante to Belfast mid March. I have an Irish passport but live in Northern Ireland. I know the passport rules are changing later this month. Will I still be able to travel into Belfast using my Irish passport?

None yet, but the UK is introducing an ESTA type permit that non-British passport holders may need to enter the country. Doesn't impact Irish passport holders though.

I believe the rule the OP is referring to is the one saying that from 25 February dual citizens have to enter the UK on a UK passport or a certificate of entitlement, not a passport associated with their other nationality.
From this page it looks like it's actually a UK or Irish passport so the OP would be fine: https://www.gov.uk/dual-citizenship
