Help please re:paying off a debt

Hi,
I am currently paying off a debt to Black Horse, via Nolans Solicitors in Glasgow who took me to court for recovery of said debt.
I set up a direct debit to pay them £20 a month and everything was fine. Then the Co-op closed my account as i had gone overdrawn twice (by under 50p each time!!).
Right, so i opened a new account no problems, meantime sending cash direct to Nolans to keep up with payments. This has been going on now since March last year, and every time i send them cash, i ask for a new direct debit mandate so they can get their money and save me sending cash.
9 months on still nothing, nada, zilch! They dont put their phone number on their letters, so i cant call, but this is starting to really anger me!!
Im willing to pay the debt, but they are not making it easy for me!!
So, question is, what can i do?? Can i write to/phone the court and refuse to pay til they send me a mandate? Or will that just cause more problems??
I know Nolans are probably a bit pi***d at getting £20 a month for a £1500 debt, but its what i can afford and the court obviously agreed!
Any help would be appreciated!

I do hope you have been keeping (or asking them for) some kind of receipt of the cash you've been sending them.
This is why im getting annoyed! They dont even acknowledge receipt, but i do send the letters signed for, AND every couple of months, i send the payment a bit late, so they write to me telling what im owe......thats the only way i know theyre receiving the cash!0 -

I would be annoyed too, c&f. They hound you for the cash, yet don't have the common courtesy to reply to your letters. I think a letter to the Law Society, or whatever they belong to, would be in order.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
