Speak for you Ltd
Hi,
https://www.speakforyou.co.uk/
i recently had dealings with this company who almost talked my parents into signing up and paying, and I am issuing a warning, they claim to help fight peoples cases for iva mis selling, when in actual fact theyre charging people £750 for cancelling ivas and trying to offer dro's which are already a free solution.
After some reasearch i found theyre not IPA or FCA regulated despite giving advice on debt solutions and their suitability
Theyre also taking clients money and holding it, hopefully they have a client account as ive reported them to the fca ipa and ombudsman.
If you deal or hear with tem avoid like the plague theyre just a well presented scam company
if you have concerns about your IVA always just ring your supervisor and chat to them they have the ability to pause or reduce iva payments if you are struggling.
No wonder his old business was targetted and closed down.

A tea bag, coffee or a book mark!
Thanks for circulating this, it looks like something to definitely avoid.

There are lots of scammers out there unfortunately, best advice is if it sounds too good to be true, then it usually is.

@sourcrates have you seen what their website states about MSE?

Yes, nothing I would not expect from someone selling a service.
They appear to be charging a fee to discover whether your IVA was mis-sold, or not, as the case may be.
Something you can do yourself, for no fee, just by making a complaint and using the FOS if need be.
