First Direct Life Tracker - Anyone on it?
I am tempted to move my mortgage to this (75% LTV 0.5% above BOE with £490).
Currently on HSBC 2 Year Tracker 3.99% ends next summer (75% LTV 0.25% above BOE)
TBH I am sick of moving my mortgage around every 2-5 years and like the idea of rates dropping, mine drop too, with a view to fixing straight away should rates ever get to 1-3% over next 25 years. I tend to find all the fees of £999 every time annoying too.
Anyone else on something similar?
Balance is 185k

How many mortgages do you have?
Im sure I have seen you make posts about HSBC, Nationwide and maybe lloyds in the last few months.
If you only have one mortgage, im not surprised your sick of remortgages, you tied in 6 months ago, most people forget about it about 18 months plus.
(Sorry to sound grumpy. Im sure we have crossed paths enough for you to know I just say whats on my mind).
