I have no idea how many actual 'lawyers' post on these forums. Even if anyone claimed to be a lawyer, I would be unable to rely on what they say. You can only 'rely' on legal information once you've engaged someone to give it to you, ie paid (or made an agreement to pay) them. At that point you can sue the pants off them if the advice turns out to be wrong.
Once you've taken that proper legal advice on which you can 'rely', do come back and tell us what it is. Then next time someone wants to know what you've worked so hard to find out, we'll all be enlightened. Although, TBH, your questions are not ones I remember anyone else ever asking. And you seem to have so many questions about so many aspects of ETs, EATs, appeals, jurisdictions and matters I have been completely unable to follow, that I am surprised you continue to ask here.

There should not be any need to spend money in lawyers because all “time limits” to issue proceedings should be in the websites of the government.
“Time limits” is not a particular field law no lawyer is specialist in it.
I have put in my previous posts what is in the website of the government but according to me is not clear and need clarification.

employment law has many lawyers specialising in it who would be only to willing to answer your query for a reasonable reimbursement.

I have done my research and I found the two following piece of regulations about this issue which are the following:
Section 13.1.2 of Practice Direction of the Employment Appeal Tribunal 2024
And
Section 11.1 of Practice Direction 52D
The issue I have is to interpret them

Then pay for someone ro interpret it for you.

Or go with your own interpretation and see what happens. If anyone here was able to help, they'd have done so.

or play it safe and go with the worst case interpretation. Days could mean weekdays, calendar days, banking days or any number of interpretations, but equally important is the so what factor, if one or other party fails, does it invalidate the claim/ process/ appeal, or would the court/ EAT take a 'reasonable person's view' to ensure justice. I'm sure an employment lawyer could help the OP, shame they don't like that advice (like with their other threads).

whether there are plenty of lawyers on this forum or not, there is no requirement for anyone, be they a lawyer or not, to reply to a thread.
