THE PRIZE

4.6 The Prize is a trip to the 2026 Miami Grand Prix with the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls Formula One Team for the winner and one guest which includes:(a) Grandstand tickets for the Miami Grand Prix weekend 2026; and(b) Flights and accommodation to the United States (Miami) from 1st – 3rd May 2026(inclusive) (together, the “Prize”).

4.7 The prize does not include provision of food and beverages. The winner and their guest will be responsible for all subsistence, food and beverage costs.

FURTHER PRIZE DETAILS

4.8 Use of the Prize is subject to, and shall at all times be governed by, the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to tickets for the Miami Grand Prix2026. The terms and conditions of the relevant access passes awarded as the Prize will govern in the event of a cancellation due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. The Organizer as well as the Race Promoter reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the prize winner if they engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, in behavior intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, or in any other way contrary to the Fan/Guest Code of Conduct. The Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Miami Grand Prix 2026. In the event that the Miami Grand Prix 2026 does not take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, or postponement, or for any reason beyond the control of the Organizer, no additional substitution or compensation will be provided. Any access pass awarded as the Prize may not be sold, bartered, offered for resale, offered in connection with any sweepstakes, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.

4.9 The winner and their guest will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guest. In the event the winner or their guest is/are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative Prize will be issued, and no compensation or other Prize will be provided.

4.10 The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Organizer reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner5and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with (i) any ticketing terms and conditions that provide them access to any Visa Cash App Racing Bulls Formula One Team’s owned and controlled location, (ii) directions of the Organizer or any companies / authorities associated with the Prize or (iii) if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Organizer, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the winner and their guest being required to leave or ejected from the Miami Grand Prix 2026 venue and/or (if applicable) their assigned accommodation.

4.11 The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the prize. Whilst at the event/venue, you must not: be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.

4.12 The winner and their guest must travel together in both directions.

4.13 All elements of the prize package must be taken as part of the same trip.

4.14 The Prize will be forfeited if:

4.14.1 the winner and or their guest have not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Organizer;

4.14.2 the winner and or their guest have any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within the United States or any other county their flights may go through; or

4.14.3 the winner and or their guest have any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the Prize.

4.15 The Organizer will pay the cost of a standard double or twin room plus related room taxes.

4.16 Flights will be arranged from the winner’s nearest international airport, unless otherwise agreed between Organizer and the winner.

4.17 A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in-room calls or services.

4.18 The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services6together with related taxes.

4.19 The winner must inform the Organizer of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.

4.20 Once tickets have been issued, they are only valid for flights, dates and times shown. No alternatives are available. Name changes to the flight once confirmed are not permitted.

4.21 Airline seats are subject to availability.

4.22The winner and their guest must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage.

4.23 Travel must be taken at the stated times; no alternatives are available.

4.24 Frequent Flyer points cannot be accrued on the flight tickets. An upgrade cannot be purchased n these tickets with cash or Frequent Flyer points.

4.25 Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted; Flights cannot be used in conjunction with any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s),promotion(s) or special offer. Flight extras are not included in the Prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, on-board meals and drinks).

4.26 It is the responsibility of the winner and their guest to check any travel advisories issued by a Government, to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the destination. The Organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any winner or their guest arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by a Government. The winner and their guest must comply with and are responsible for obtaining all information regarding any recommended inoculation and obtaining the inoculation(s) and health regulations required by any Prize destination country.
