1. Promoter
This promotion (“Win-A-Wish: Moments Made to Share”) is organised by Lee Kum Kee Europe Limited (“the Promoter”), registered in England and Wales with company number 0313224, having its registered office at 3rd Floor Paternoster House, 65 St Paul's Churchyard, London, EC4M 8AB.
2. Eligibility, Entries & Content Rights
- This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. This promotion opens at 00:00 GMT on 26 January 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 28 February 2026.
Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be accepted. - Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, agencies, distributors, or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- One entry per person. Multiple, bulk, automated, or third-party entries will be disqualified.
- To enter, participants must complete the official online entry form on the campaign microsite and submit either:
- a written story of up to 100 words, or
- an optional short video of up to 60 seconds,
describing their personal wish connected to the theme “Moments Made to Share.”
- Entries must be the participant’s own original work, created solely by them, and must not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
- Entries containing defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate material, or entries inconsistent with the campaign theme, may be rejected at the Promoter’s discretion.
- By submitting an entry, participants grant Lee Kum Kee Europe a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and share their entry (text, image, or video) for marketing, publicity, and PR purposes across all media for up to three (3) years from the campaign closing date.
- Personal information collected will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, strictly for administering this promotion and fulfilling prizes.
- Participants may withdraw consent for future promotional use of their content by contacting the Promoter in writing; this will not affect prior use made in good faith.
- By entering, participants confirm they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
3. Judging and Winner Selection
- All valid entries received by the closing date will be reviewed by a judging panel appointed by the Promoter.
- Entries will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
- Relevance to the campaign theme “Moments Made to Share” – how clearly the wish or story reflects meaningful connection or togetherness.
- Originality and creativity – the uniqueness of the idea or story submitted.
- Emotional impact and clarity – how effectively the entry communicates a genuine, heartfelt sentiment.
- Each entry will be scored independently by at least two judges. The judges’ decision will be final, binding, and not subject to correspondence or appeal.
- The judging panel will select up to five (5) winning entries and a number of runner-up entries as defined in the Prize section.
- If an entry fails to meet the required standard, is incomplete, or cannot be fulfilled within the prize parameters, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Winners will be notified via the contact details provided within 30 working days after the competition closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, an alternative winner may be chosen at the Promoter’s discretion.
- Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity related to the promotion (including sharing their story or imagery) with prior consent.
4. Prize Fulfilment and Limitations
- Each of the five (5) winners will receive a personalised prize designed to help bring their wish to life, valued at up to £2,000 GBP (including VAT).
- The exact form of each prize will depend on the winner’s submitted wish and will be determined in consultation with the winner to ensure it aligns with:
- The spirit of the campaign (celebrating connection and togetherness);
- Feasibility, safety, and availability considerations; and
- Lee Kum Kee brand and compliance standards.
- The Promoter reserves the right to adjust, substitute, or modify any prize element if the original wish cannot be fulfilled for practical, safety, or budgetary reasons.
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash or any other alternative.
- Runner-up prizes will consist of a “Moments Made to Share” hamper (approximate value £100 GBP), containing Lee Kum Kee products and other curated items.
- The Promoter will cover all reasonable costs directly associated with fulfilling the prize. Any additional or personal expenses beyond the agreed value (e.g. travel, meals, incidentals) will be borne by the winner.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays or inability to fulfil the prize due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, pandemics, or supply-chain issues.
- Winners must provide any information or permissions required to facilitate fulfilment (e.g. proof of identity, consent forms, third-party approvals if applicable).
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or cancel a prize if it reasonably believes the winner has breached these Terms or supplied false information.
- All prizes must be completed, booked, or redeemed within six (6) months of winner notification unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Promoter.
5. General Conditions
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable, but will use reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect to participants.
- The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of this promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
- The Promoter does not accept responsibility for:
- Entries lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, or not received due to technical issues; or
- Any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants or third parties as a result of participation, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence or wilful misconduct.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
