Fill in the help With Fees and submit that immediately. You won't have to pay a fee, if you qualify.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Why not just copy a recent one?

Doing a CCJ set aside isn't new for the forum and you certainly DON'T just fill in the form.

Your problem is a legal problem, we dont give legal advice, lawyers do, this is a consumer advice forum, so get someone to help you, preferably with a legal background and knowledge ( which most people on here don't have, including me ) you need the right help, not just any help

For example, I know nothing about those forms or setting aside a CCJ, so wont comment on them

Wwombat, the replies on this site may seem complex and full of legal speak, and the replies may seem a little rude, but there are a lot of people who seek help on here, and only so many volunteers who give up their own time free of charge to help.

If you are having difficulty understanding things, and struggling to read/write then this could be ( please dont be offended if not) something called dyslexia - or a few other issues.

You said you struggle to communicate - dont worry too much as the people on here will try and help ( even if it seems a little rude at times.)

Would you describe yourself as vulnerable as a result of your difficulties in reading/writing and understanding?

my basic understanding is that you could be vulnerable in situations like you are in with this parking charge notice, and these parking companies take advantage of people who can be confused and put in a difficult situation,as they see you as being easy money.

If you know another adult, a relative, a social worker, or even an older teenage family member ask them to help, and show them this forum so they can in turn help you

Its not going to be easy to fix and put right, but try and stick with it and the regulars on here will be able to help - even if you need someone to navigate it all with you
