as it states in the letter that a default has not yet been registered do I ignore and wait before making payment to them? Or contact them? I don’t want to end up with arrangement to pay markers

Just ignore them, contacting anyone will just slow down getting the defaults you want. They will probably write to you a few more times saying they are disappointed you haven't contacted them, and then give up and pass it back to Fluid.

Once you have confirmation that it has defaulted then start making payments to whoever is asking you.

As above, Fluid are trying to retain you as a customer by giving you a chance to catch up on your payments rather than defaulting you straight away.

They won`t be aware of your plan you see.

  • thanks for advice I’ve had a couple or emails trying to get me to call and arrange payment's now saying I can avoid default if I arrange a payment plan, so will continue to ignore until default happens
