Contacting Future Pensions Centre from Overseas

Hi All,

Not sure if this has been asked before, I did a quick search, but apologies if this is old ground.

Has anyone had any success contacting the Future Pensions Centre from overseas? Everytime I call using the +44 (0)191 218 3600 number, I get to the point of selecting English and then the line just goes silent, 10 minutes later it just disconnects.

Thanks in advance,

Chris

If you want to see your NI record or get a forecast the best thing to do is to get an account on the Government Gateway. I've had success with the online form from overseas too.

And so we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past.
