All will have access to them.
On a personal level, I have never used Market Harborough or Tipton and the only time I used melton, I pulled the application because they wanted to know the inside leg measurement of Jim down the road (or at least thats how it felt).
They are all quite quirky lenders though so chances are most brokers will not have used them massively. I use Mansfield & Bucks regularly as they do a lot of adverse for example. But the rest, I have probably only used once or twice at most. You will probably find something similar with most brokers, maybe 1 or 2 get a bit of use the others are used rarely if at all.

They mention in quite a few places that they use fraud prevention agencies.
You have said you have not done what you have been accused of. If that is the case, it makes much more sense to start the process of getting those entries removed.
Bank accounts, mobile phones, credit cards, mortgages… You could find your whole life is so much more complicated and expensive.
If you have done what you have been accused of, that changes things and obviously in that instance you would have no option but to try and work around it. But its not just a case of trying to find a lender who does not use CIFAS. What about if they have asked if you have been declined and why? What about if they pick up on it down the line? Imagine spending money on valuation fees, legal fees, application fees (typically building societies have none refundable application fees) only to all unravel near the end.
Im going to leave it at that.
