Currys retailer, bought goods online, no receipt issued

I recently purchased a new washing machine from Currys online.

Shortly after making the order I realised my email was missing a letter, my mistake and I'll own that. I contacted Currys ' customer services' within an hour or so of placing the order. This is so I could get my receipt for the goods to then give to my landlord.

I was told that it would take 2 working days to rectify and sent to me.

This was on the 30th January 2026, still nothing?

In the meantime I have rung customer services a least four times requesting my receipt be emailed whilst confirming the correct email, made a formal complaint on and on it goes.

How can I get my receipt to give to my landlord?

How can something so simple be so hard to rectify…..

Please help!
