Personal Tax account is just another name for your Government Gateway account, where all your Tax, NI and State pension details are there for you to view and take action if needed.
If you don’t have one then now’s the time to create one.0 -
The OP says they have the HMRC App. Wouldn't that show the same information they can view on the personal tax account? I don't do apps so I don't actually know the answer to that.
OP Your other pension will also have a tax code. You might want to see what that is in case too much of your personal allowance is going towards that other pension and not enough to this new one.

I've filled tax returns for quite a few years, as I used to be self employed before retirement. My rental income has been declared to HMRC in the last couple of years when I got a lodger in.
