Moriarty Law and JC international
I have received an email from moriarty law acting on behalf of JC international acquisition LLC for a scottish power debt at my previous property from nearly 6 years ago (august 2020) stating that l owe JC international money and they are acting on their behalf and offering me a 40% discount if l pay within 28 days.
What will be the best steps to take with this please, what letter/letters do l need to send?
Also l have just checked my credit report and its showing the balance from scottish power as £0 and a default was put on my account on 27th August 2020.
Please can someone advise me on the steps l need to take about this?
Thanks🙂
