Which service is cheapest for collecting a parcel from the US and sending it to UK?

On the last day in Sarasota my son managed to leave the school teddy bear in the last restaurant we visited the manager is quite happy to send it back if I provide the where with all, it's only a small teddy, so wondered if anybody had any ideas on who to use and which way to go about - with least hassle to restauranter!
