I'm sure Babygiant can speak for herself but can you imagine what would happen to the forum if everyone posted a thankyou onto every thread that they entered a competition on? At the time of writing this thread would be over 150 posts long.....

some people like to thank in a reply as they can see more easily what they have entered. I don't think it's a big deal - I sort by post start time so it makes no difference to me - I think we should live and let live!

I sometimes says thanks as I think it is nice to have a proper thankyou rather than just a click of a button...especially for those who take the time to post a lot of competitions for the rest of us to enter
