MTD
Hi, I do my self employed husband's accounts including VAT and self assessment and have been using MTD for a year or so. DO I need to set up an Agent's Account or is that only for tax/accounting professionals?

Are you formally doing it for him or informally? Who's responsible if you mess up and submit it late for example?
Registering as an agent isnt that straight forward and you have to deal with things like anti-money laundering registration. This may require you to be a professional member of the likes of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (other institutes are available)
