Redeeming Tesco Clubcard Vouchers

I've just redeemed some Clubcard points for vouchers to use towards pub meals. I would normally print out the vouchers (old-fashioned, I know, but I am ancient). However that facility has apparently been withdrawn, and the only way to use your vouchers now is via the app on your phone. Tesco don't even send an email to confirm that you've spent your points. I don't like messing around with phone apps and I feel sure I will mislay the vouchers somehow. Is there some kind of workaround I could use to print out the vouchers - to remind me that they exist, but also to use when I pay for the meals?

I redeemed my points for Prezzo vouchers at the weekend, and Tesco emailed me a confirmation, and a separate email with the QR codes to redeem. I could have printed off the email if I'd wanted.

Did you redeem the points using the Tesco website or using the app? In either case the voucher codes should be sent in an email to the address registered against your Clubcard.

If you redeem on the app then the voucher also gets stored in the 'Rewards' section.

Any reason why you can't just print the email or, if on the app, screenshot and print that?

Doubt if they care but might check that the pub you want to spend it at will take paper vouchers.

I take a photo of the voucher and put it in an email with an appropriate subject title i.e. "pub vouchers!" but don't send it. It gets saved into my draft folder and I can open it in there when I need to use it. As long as there's wifi of course. Alternative would be to take a photo/screen shot and print that.

Thank you for your replies. We're all sorted now. I rang Tesco and the agent was sympathetic, but said the system had changed and there was nothing he could do to help. HOWEVER, a whole slew of emails arrived later - haha, be careful what you wish for, my Inbox is now stuffed with them :-)
