I can tell you are going through it with the weight of dealing with your finances, so no need to post again, but I did want to offer one final thought.
Although you may not be at break point yet in terms of arrears or defaults, my advice would still be to reach out to each provider in order to learn what their specific processes are for dealing with worst case scenario.
Over the 20+ years of dealing with different debts and companies, I can say the good new is that the staff are far more compassionate and most companies have "special" teams for helping people in financial strife.
Sometimes you can ask to be connected to that team, other times, they will have a specific route that lands you under the care of that team due to the management of your accounts, so it's good to learn how each provider works.
Either way, write out all your creditors/accounts and if you feel swamped, just try and contact one a week. Set aside a couple of hours where you can unwind afterwards - buy a pack of biccies/bar of chocolate or some other small reward (watch a movie/take a bath) and just work through the list, jotting down relevant info, phone numbers for support and their opening hours.
You can state quite clearly that you don't think you are at break point yet, but want to understand what their approach is, should the worst happen, so they don't need to change the status of any of your accounts at this stage.
I've found that removing some of the unknown when everything feels overwhelming, can help give some perspective and allow a way of moving forward with things.
I would also suggest seeking specialised debt support, maybe check out

if you haven't already got some help, because it is a lot to deal with on your own.
Best wishes 😊
