UK state pension while living in Brazil

I am a UK citizen by birth. I have now reached pensionable age and am eligible for a state pension based on voluntary contributions. I am fiscally resident in Brazil where I have a Brazilian pension.
If I take my state pension payment in Brazil I believe I will lose index-linking. If in the future I relocate to an eligible European country or to the UK will the index-linking be restored?
