I've won on here a few times, and had my payment without too much issue, however I won over a month ago, filled out the claim form and nothing.
I've used the messaging feature on site, and sent them several emails but they are completely ignoring me.  
I don't want to shout "scam" about them as I've had payments before. But I think maybe people should be aware if they're not paying out.  
Do the ICO still deal with this sort of thing?  Complain to their web host?
What's the best thing to do here?

Likewise, I've won a few times and been paid fine, but I won a couple of weeks ago and have heard nothing. I also e-mailed but haven't heard back.

A couple of weeks ago the site was down at one point and I think it said something about the domain name no longer being owned, so it looks like they've continued the site with no intention of paying, rather than just abandoning it.

I'm still waiting for a payout from about 6 weeks ago, I've won before too but always had the payout pretty quickly. I'm not sure what's going on with the site now though as it seems almost abandoned, I tried to message them the other day but haven't heard anything back

I think they've tried to block me from even accessing the site.
If they're not paying out they should close it properly and apologise.

I'm unable to access the site on my usual device (laptop). I just checked on my tablet and it works fine, I logged in on that and expected to be blocked again but I'm not. They must be blocking by device rather than e-mail. Tempted to follow up and say I'm reporting them to the ASA.

depending on the settings on your device it might be blocking because of your ip settings. Another site did that to me because i had private relay switched on. I need to switch it off to access the national lottery site

It works if I change my IP address, which leads me to believe I am being personally blocked.

I've just seen someone say they were paid today. Have you received what you were owed?

Just checked, and yes I have.
No response to any messages though, and I don't seem able to get onto the site at all now. so no idea if they have replied to me there.
