My husband has 5 defaults
Mmostly 3 years ago 1 might be 2 years ago, he is using CIS slips but only shows on there the 20% tax no NI, he cannot use tax returns will The Mortgage Lender accept this?
I also had 3 universal credit payments recently (1 a month) as my dad passed away my husband rented elsewhere and my mum moved in to support myself and my children so universal helped whilst he wasnt at home, he came home once I was better so no longer recieve it will they decline because of any of this information?
Currently have a mortgage with bluestone as I was once in an IVA but was 8 years ago so off my file now.

You are presumably using a broker, they must have checked these things?
The UC part of your question should be fine. You have your explanation, you have done what you were entitled to do (we had one last year where the couple separated for 4-5 months and she claimed UC, we gave the lender the explanation and all was fine).
As for the CIS element, I do not do many of those so cant confidently answer that part of the question, but if it is within criteria (which I assume your broker has checked) you should be fine.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thank you, it turns out they wpuldnt accept child maintenance despite being on time religiously for the last 10 years, said it needed to be court ordered putting our borrowing amount down, they've now sent it to pepper money but doing their own underwriting first before submitting it but seem very slow 😔
