Hi G G
I left my details on payplan's website before I saw everyone's advice about contacting one of the charities and they called me today.
They have booked me an appointment which I shall keep for Wednesday evening, to go through my situation I think and will see how it goes from there.
Just a one question though, how long does the whole process take, for example, if I decide by say the end of this week that BR is the best option for me, how long am I looking at before it all goes through?0 -
It varies LLM, some courts you can just walk into and they see you there and then, others require you to book a date which can be anything upto 4 weeks later.
You'll need some time to complete all the forms and generally prepare yourself.
After the court date your looking at anything upto about two weeks for the interview with the OR, though all the above times do seem to vary greatly.
Good luck with you phone interview, but remember, If your not happy with the advice you can still go to CCCS/CAB etc.The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter

If you decide this is the option for you you ring your county court and see which system they operate. If it is the walk in system then anytime you want, depends how long it takes to fill the forms in. If it is the appointment system it will depend when there is one available.
The court can send you the forms or they are online.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
