Moulin Rouge! The Musical on Heart Network, January /February 2026– Specific Rules
1. The ‘Moulin Rouge’ promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Friday 23rd January 2026 to Sunday 8th February 2026 on Heart Network. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is Moulin Rouge! The Musical and the ‘Prize Provider’ is Moulin Rouge! The Musical.
2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.
Details of the Promotion:
3. To enter the Promotion, you must:
a. go online to the Promotion entry page which can be accessed at www.heart.co.uk/win/ or via the Global Player app by clicking on the Win with Heart tile;
b. Register your details;
c. Share the boldest, most romantic lengths you have gone to for love within 300 characters.
d. Be available to take a call on Friday 13th February 2026 between 4pm and 7pm as the winner will be brought to air to reveal their story and announced as the winner4. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges including one independent judge on the following criteria:
a) how clear and engaging the story is
b) how bold the entry is deemed to be
c) how clearly the action is driven by genuine emotion and affection5. Entries deemed by us to be rude, offensive, defamatory, illegal or condoning dangerous behaviour will be removed from the Promotion.
6. Online entry will open at 17:00 on Friday 23rd January 2026 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 8th February 2026. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
7. Bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries are prohibited and we will disqualify any entries (and withhold or reclaim any associated prize from you) which, in our reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods or, for example (without limitation), entries or votes that have been made from the same IP address, email address, postal address, telephone number, or similar or entries which we, at our sole discretion but acting reasonably, consider to be suspicious or fraudulent.
8. If we know or suspect you are trying to enter or have entered this Promotion by using more than one phone number or if we know or suspect you are using variations of your name, we reserve the right to disqualify any relevant entry(ies) and exclude you from this Promotion and also permanently exclude you from entering any of our Promotions.
9. Within 2 days of the closing time of the Promotion, from all eligible entries a shortlist of 20 entries will be drawn at random. From those entries, one entry will be selected as a winning entry by the judging panel (as per the criteria in point 4) with 3 back-up runners up. The winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via telephone (on the telephone number with which you registered to enter the Promotion) on Friday 13th February 2026 between 4pm and 7pm. If such winner does not respond after 2 attempts of contacting them, they will forfeit their right to the prize, and we shall be entitled to select another winner from the back-up runners up. That subsequent winner must also respond within 2 attempts to contact them via telephone, or they will also forfeit the prize.
10. By submitting your entry to this Promotion, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of all individuals that feature in your submission (in the case of children under the age of 18, you have obtained the consent of the child’s parent/guardian) and agree to notify us immediately if their consent is withdrawn at any time.
11. We and the Promotion Partner and the Prize Provider may publish and publicise your submission, name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry, and we may refer to your and any applicable third party’s (for example any one included in the submission/a guest/a travel companion) association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion; subject always to our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws.
12. In relation to winners (and runners up if applicable), you understand that we and our Promotion Partner may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable in connection with the Promotion, unless you object to your and/or your guest’s information being published or made available. We may also publish your and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture.
13. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Apple.
Eligibility:
14. The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry.
15. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion.
16. Only one name and telephone number may be used by you in relation to this Promotion. The use of multiple names, telephone numbers and/or devices is a breach of our Promotion Terms and Conditions and we reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies) and you will forfeit your prize should we know or have reason to believe that you attempted to use or did use more than one name, phone number and/or device to enter this Promotion. It is also prohibited for anyone else to enter the Promotion using the same phone number including household members or friends.
17. Before transferring any winnings to you we reserve the right to request Photo ID (such as your passport or driving licence) and confirmation that the telephone number you entered on belongs to you and proof of your home address (such as a phone bill with your name, address and telephone number on). You agree and understand that should you win a cash prize you may be required to provide these to verify your eligibility. If you fail to provide the requested information and we are unable to verify your eligibility, we reserve the right to withhold any prize from you.Prize:
18. One winning entrant will receive:
a) Two tickets to see Moulin Rouge! The Musical in London. Tickets will be best available and subject to availability.
b) A pre-theatre dining experience for two at the Waldorf Hilton London, including a two-course meal and drinks for two, subject to a maximum value set by the venue.
c) One night’s accommodation for two in a Queen Guest Room at the Waldorf Hilton London, a four-star hotel.
d) Return train travel for two between London and Paris via Eurostar
e) Two nights’ accommodation for two in a Queen Guest Room at the Canopy by Hilton Paris Eiffel Tower, a four-star hotel.
f) A three-course meal for two at a restaurant selected by Hilton Paris, subject to availability at the time of booking.
g) £200 spending money
h) Travel Insurance19. Travel and Spending Money Conditions:
a) Return travel between London and Paris will be provided by train via Eurostar. Travel arrangements will be booked by the appointed delivery partner and are subject to availability.
b) The £200 spending money is included to support internal UK travel costs for the winner and their guest to reach London or for incidental expenses. This is the only additional travel allowance included as part of the prize. All other expenses not expressly stated are the responsibility of the winner.20. Prize Redemption and Date Flexibility:
a) All elements of the prize must be taken together as one continuous package and within a timeframe specified at the time of booking, subject to availability.
b) The London and Paris elements of the prize cannot be taken separately or split across multiple trips.
c) Moulin Rouge! The Musical tickets are subject to availability.
d) The prize must be redeemed on a date that has a scheduled performance.21. Accommodation details:
a) Accommodation at both hotels will be provided in a Queen Guest Room based on double occupancy.
22. Dining Experiences:
a). The pre-theatre dining experience will take place at the Waldorf Hilton London and includes a two-course meal and drinks for two, up to a maximum value of £200.
b). The Paris dining experience consists of a three course meal for two at a restaurant selected by Hilton Paris.
c). The restaurant and dining date are subject to availability at the time of booking.
d). Any additional items ordered beyond the included allowance must be paid for by the winner.
23. Prize Conditions:
a) The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. Once bookings are confirmed, dates and travel arrangements cannot be amended.
24. Winner Selection and Notification:
a) The winner will be judged by an Independent Judge, from a randomly selected shortlist of 20 valid entries received.
b) The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at entry.
c) If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, as outlined in Rule 9, an alternative winner may be selected.25. General:
a) The organisers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw or these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary.
b) By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.26. You understand that should you win a prize package that is made up of various elements you are required to redeem all aspects of the prize to keep the prize. For example, you will not be able to accept the spending money only. If you are unable to accept the prize awarded in full, we reserve the right to withdraw the entire prize package and select another entrant to play or win as applicable.
27. You must, at your own cost, comply with all necessary checks, and/or tests required for travelling to and from and entering and exiting your travel destination/venue. This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing, organising, undertaking, recording and/or registering any required Covid-19 tests. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you in complying with this clause, nor will we purchase, organise, undertake, record and/or register any required Covid-19 tests.
28. You must comply with all applicable rules, regulations and guidance relating to Covid-19, both in the UK and your travel destination/venue. We are not responsible for your failure to comply with such rules, regulations and guidance.
29. You acknowledge and agree that, without limitation to the provisions of Clause 12 of the General Terms & Conditions, our ability to fulfil a prize and/or perform any of our obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions could be affected by an actual or threatened epidemic, pandemic, disease or quarantine and/or any corresponding governmental action, guidance and/or ruling (including but not limited to any Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office guidance) (collectively ‘Covid Measures’).
If due to any Covid Measures, we are unable to fulfil a prize or perform any of our other obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions, then we shall not be in breach of the Promotion Terms and Conditions. In accordance with Clause 32 below, in these circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.30. Travel insurance is provided by the Promoter on an optional basis and is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. Travellers must be 74 years old or younger. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to check the Promoter’s travel insurance policy to ensure it provides the appropriate level of cover required.
31. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
32 The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
33. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

37 . You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us and/or our Promotion Partner when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we and/or our Promotion Partner will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see Global's Privacy Policy and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy for more details). You can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time by unsubscribing.
38. We, our Promotion Partner and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Where any transfers are made outside of the EEA or UK we and the Promotion Partner will ensure appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data are in place.
39. When you enter a Promotion we will retain your personal data for up to three years for internal purposes and to comply with our regulatory obligations. You may request the erasure of your personal data by emailing privacy@global.com. If your data is erased prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
