1) The prize comprises a two (2) night stay in Devon for two (2) people including;
a)Two (2) nights at Bovey Castle sharing a Valley Room 
b) Daily Full English Breakfast
c)Three course dinner from the Ala Carte menu on one evening excluding drinks. This can be taken at either the Great Western Grill or Smith’s Brasserie. Please note that Caviar, whole grilled lobster and beef Wellington are excluded.
d) Champagne afternoon tea in the Great Western Grill
e) Private tour of the estate in a Land Rover Defender 
f) Winners choice of one activity from;

• Round of golf - No minimum age 
• Archery - 8 years and over
• Air rifles – 10 years and over
• Cider & sloe gin making – 18 years and over
• Off road 4x4 – 6 years and over 

2) The prize winner must be 18 years or over.  Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card to check in at the accommodation for security deposit purposes.

 
3) The prize must be taken within 12 months of the winner being announced but cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 1st May 2026 to 4th May 2026 and 22nd May to the 25th May 2026, 28th August 2026 to 31st August 2026 and 15th December 2026 to 5th January 2027, 26th March 2027 to 29th March 2027 and 1st May 2027 to 4th May 2027. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. 

4) Booking is subject to availability. 

5) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

6) Neither 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the accommodation or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

7) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. 8) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

9) If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to a pandemic or global emergency and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

10) Any additional charges or expenses due to a pandemic or global emergency which could include but are not limited to  quarantine hotels, medical passports (should they become a requirement), medical tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner.  

11) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
