Hi, I completed the form to pay voluntary NI contributions in March, before the cut off, for my husband. Ive realised that, 10 months on, weve heard absolutely nothing! I understand there's a backlog and a queue but it looks like other people have had some sort of contact to at least acknowledge the request, so just interested if anyone else hasn't heard a thing? Thanks!

There are still reports of people being contacted but I would be contacting them. Have you received a triage call ? What "form" did you fill in ? Is he pre or post state retirement ?0

Take things into your own hands and give them a call, or at times better, use the chat.0
