Hi

Back in December a I made a CCA request to PRA Group.

today I received this letter and about 30 pages worth of statements.

This debt is related to a Barclaycard CC.

is this enough for them to satisfy the CCA request?

I just wanted to double check as if it’s, I’ll need to let my DMP know to add them back.

tia!

Have they actually supplied a copy of the original agreement?

Hi, no all the pages they have provided look just like the statement above. So no credit agreement to be found.

i wasn’t just sure the statements in itself are proof of CCA as they stated in their letter.

I wanted to make sure of the above before challenging it

No copy of agreement? don't pay them, they may try it on but don't worry.
If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.

Should I write to them again and let them know that the CCA request is not fulfill and that they haven’t satisfied the request?

im just a bit apprehensive as the latter says that the debt is now enforceable

Sounds like they can't find the agreement. Up to you whether you let them know that you know.

I think I will go back to them and say that the CCA request is not satisfied nor completed until the Credit Agreement is produced

Don`t expect a fast response back from them, lol, in fact it will likely be ignored, they like to use smoke and mirrors to make you think what they have done complies with the legislation, when really it does not.
