Mortgage for 19 Year Old

My daughter is looking for a mortgage on a home.
The LTV is 37.5%.
The mortgage is roughly 2x her income.
She has 3 people who can act as guarantors.
The home does not need any work doing on it and it is good repair.
Please can anyone direct me towards a broker or provider who deals in these sort of mortgages.
Thank you in advance

This sounds like it will be a brokers easiest case ever!
Even a terrible broker should be able to get this placed haha.

Seems a straightforward proposition and should not need Broker.Awakeatlast said:My daughter is looking for a mortgage on a home.

Nor should Guarantors be required.
She will need to provide proof of source of funds for the deposit.1 -
Is the question because the deposit was gifted to her and the bank would know since her bank and source of funding would show that?Do you have any concerns about her ability to keep a job long term? Is she in probation period at work? Are you confident that her spendings are reasonable and wouldn't concern the lender? There's a post around here titled something like "ask a mortgage broker" worth posting there.I'm FTB, not an expert, all my comments are from personal experience and not a professional advice.Mortgage debt start date 11/2024 = 175k (5.19%)...
