Approaching 60 Riddled with Debt SWF

Hi 
Ive been here before but I will start with my new story

I am Fay 59 approaching 60 in April, around 38k in debt, paying Peter to pay Paul,
Live single but have sponsor a Ukraine. I became single last Feb but he didnt pay his way most of the time so I ended up using cards then consolidating with two loans and spending again.
I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. 
I rent my home lucky social housing.
I work partime 3 days week and get some disability and Universal credit, 
I have reached out to Step change and really dont want a DRO been viewing here about the default system. Will post a Income and expenditure shortly
Debt 38k just about to embark on a DRO
Had biatric surgery was 135k 2016 now 97kilo 22.1.20 up to 106 kilo 12.1.21 98kilo 20/1/26
