Just had a call from Digital DRA - I said I didn't know who they were...lady said that she could tell me who they were calling on behalf of, if I could answer some security questions...eh...no!

I have a suspicion they are working on behalf of an Admiral Loan - last payment was November 2024, defaulted in April 2025...no contact from them until December, saying they would pass on to debt recovery, who would be in touch.

Anyone had experience with Digital DRA - should I engage or let it pass back.

Loan is around £17k, £4k worth of arrears at this stage.

If it is anything important it will be sent by snail mail.

    Block the number and ignore.

I have only come across them collecting for a payday lender. But as @Grumpelstiltskin says, just wait for a letter, that should give more information. You dont want to deal with debt collectors on the phone.

Have you made an affordability complaint about the Admiral loan?

I haven’t…they’re the only one of my lenders that I didn’t raise a complaint against.

to be honest, they were extremely thorough when I applied. I had to share balances from other debt that I was going to consolidate…I did actually consolidate but as I’ve learned, it doesn’t teach us how to manage finances.

is it worth a punt? I’ve had success with a few already…Zopa and Virgin money

It's always worth a try, it costs you nothing and takes very little time so there's no reason not to.
