Can anyone tell me which bank is best to use if I want to have my UK pension transferred to a European Bank?

Your question isn't clear. You need a bank, or other institution, to have your pension paid into and you need a bank, or other institution, to make the transfer and currency exhange. You probably also need a bank, or other institution, to accept the European currency. They may all be the same bank or all different or anything in between. As Ayr_Rage has suggested, Wise is a good choice for the transfer. A UK bank may be a good choice to have your pension paid into. A European bank may be a good choice to hold the European currency.
