TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR “ABSOLUTE RADIO PRESENTS HOMETIME FROM YOUR HOME WITH BRITISH GAS, PLUS WIN A BUNDLE FOR YOUR HOME(the “Competition”).

These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail. 

1.Entry ROUTES and Costs	Entries are restricted to 1 (one) per person (“Entry”). Entry to the Competition is available via the following routes: Online at https://hellorayo.co.uk/absolute-radio/competitions/ Online entry is free of charge.
2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	In total, there will be 1 (one) winner of the Competition [and 3 (three) runners up]. To be eligible to take part, entrants must live in the mainland UK and go online to absoluteradio.co.uk and tell us the following details: · Full name · Contact details (home address, email address, mobile telephone number). Entry Page can be found here · Tick the box to confirm to our production teams can film in the entrant’s house on Wednesday 11th February 2026 or, that the Entrant is available to be filmed in a location house within the M25 on Wednesday 11th February 2026. · Tell us what you would like an unlimited supply of for the chance to film with Bush & Richie as they broadcast live from your house, plus win a home bundle worth up to £5,000. The judging will take place in the following way: · Entries will be judged by how entertaining, compelling, heart-warming and deserving they are. · Entries will then be judged by the Absolute Radio Hometime production team, the production manager and an independent judge (the “Panel”). · The four shortlisted entrants (“Finalists”) (including the eventual winner) will then come to air on Absolute Radio. As part of the shortlisting process, we will require the contestants to discuss their Entry with a member of the Absolute Radio production team. Being called by the production team during the Entry Period does not mean that the entrant has been successful in becoming a Finalist. If the entrant is chosen to be a Finalist, they will be bought to air during Absolute Radio Hometime with Bush and Richie between the “In Play” dates and times which are: 16:00 to 19:00 every day between 26th January 2026 and 30th January 2026. All Finalists will be called ahead of the competition segment being recorded or put out live on air and the time and date that we will speak with them will be mutually agreed. If a Finalist is unavailable when we call them, a backup finalist could be chosen in their place, and the original Finalist may miss out on winning. All Finalists must be available to take a call between the ‘In Play’ dates and times specified above. We will shortlist Entries at the following dates and times, for the on-air broadcast and in the following format: The first Finalist will be chosen at 11:00 on Friday 23rd January 2026. This will be to come on the show broadcast on Monday 26th January 2026. The remaining three Finalists will be chosen and contacted between 09:00 and 11:00 on Monday 26th January 2026 and told which day (Tuesday 27th to Thursday 29th January 2026 16:00 to 19:00) they will be brought to air on Hometime with Bush and Richie to share their story and take part in the Competition. On Friday 30th January 2026 , the overall winner (as selected by the Panel) will be brought to air again and awarded the Prize. The winner will need to be available to participate in the broadcast between 16:00 and 19:00 on 30thJanuary 2026. All four of the Finalists will need to be available to speak to a member of the Absolute Radio production team between 09:00 and 11:00 on the morning of Friday 30th January 2026. The Absolute Radio production team reserve the right to pre-record any part of this Competition before the 'as-live' broadcast. Entering online does not guarantee you will be invited to play the Competition or win the Prize. All final decisions will rest with the Panel and the Absolute Radio Production Team. Mechanic for the Competition As part of winning the Competition, we will host and film Absolute Radio’s Hometime with Bush and Richie from the winner’s house on Wednesday 11thFebruary 2026. This can only take place if the winner is prepared to participate in the filming of the show, with the aim of doing this in their home. In order for this to happen, the winner’s home will need fulfil the following criteria: · They will need to allow time for our production teams to recce the home prior to the event to ensure it is suitable for live broadcast. · They will need to allow us access to their home on Wednesday 4th February 2026 (09:00 to 17:00) for the recce. · We will then need access to their home on Tuesday 10th February 2026 from 13:00 to set up our broadcast equipment and any other props or materials required for staging and filming the outside broadcast. · The house will need to have a large enough space to host a crowd of up to 10 guests chosen by the winner, whilst also having capacity for our crew to film the event. · The house needs to have access for us to be able to safely install and load-out bulky broadcast and filming equipment plus any necessary props. If the house cannot meet these criteria, we (in our sole discretion) can opt for the alternative option (“Alternative Option”). The Alternative Option We will use a private location house at an undisclosed location, where we will provide you and up to 10 others hotel and travel to join for our event (based on the 10 people sharing 5 rooms in a local hotel).
3. ENTRY PERIOD	Entries must be submitted during the following “Entry Period”: Online Pre-registration: From 00:01 on 19th January 2026 (the “Start Time”) to 11:59 on 25th January 2026 (“End Time”). On-air daily live competition moments: From 26th January 2026 – 30th January 2026, each morning within the dates stated above a finalist will be brought to air during Absolute Radio Hometime with Bush and Richie (16:00 – 19:00). The on-air finalists will be given information of when the exact date timings will be ahead of being brought to air. Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid. Winner Announcement. The final winner announcement will take place on Friday 30th January 2026 during Absolute Radio Hometime with Bush & Richie. The name and the hometown of the winner will be announced on the Absolute Radio Breakfast.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS AND CONSIDERATIONS	Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. One Entry per person. Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter. If you or any other person at your household has won a prize valued at £500 or more on any Bauer brand in the past 6 months, you nor they are not eligible to enter or win this competition. The full list of Bauer Media brands can be found here: https://www.bauermedia.co.uk/brands  Additional considerations if you host the event in your own home: Primary Option · You must have a suitably sized space for this activity to take place in a home that has the required access. · Absolute Radio must have access to your home at some point between Monday 2nd February 2026 and Wednesday 4th February 2026 (09:00 – 17:00) for the recce. · They must also have access to your home from 13:00 on Tuesday 10thFebruary 2026 to set up the equipment and any other staging required for broadcast and filming. They must also have access from 08:00 on the day of broadcast, Wednesday 11th February 2026 to deliver the show and filming. This applies to both set up and pack down. · The winning room/space for broadcast must be large enough to fit the broadcast equipment, production crew and your guests to the broadcast. You will also need to give the production team permission to create & build any props or sets required for filming and broadcast. We are aware that there could be light wear and tear on your home. Absolute Radio will make all attempts to prevent and correct any such damage if it occurs. · Should it be required, Absolute Radio reserve the right to organise a deep clean of the property by a contract cleaner (paid for by Absolute Radio) to ensure that the environment hits the standards required for the broadcast and video shoot. · The home must have ‘good & safe’ access for importing filming, recording equipment and any props required for the set. ‘good & safe’ will be determined by the production team when they come and recce the proposed home and location for the activity. · The winner must accommodate the guestlist as provided by Absolute Radio. · There must be capacity for at least 13 Absolute Radio staff and associated teams to work within the winning home If the winner cannot agree to any of the above bullet points, then the Alternative Option will be used where the following additional considerations apply: Alternative Option · The winner must be available to travel on Tuesday 10th February 2026 for the outside broadcasting and filming. This could be to any part of the UK, decided as Absolute Radio sees fit. · Hotel accommodation will be provided for the winner and up to XX additional guests they choose to bring. Additional considerations for either options: · The winner will give permission to be featured in an Absolute Radio social video that will be posted on both Absolute Radio social media accounts as well as the client’s (British Gas) and also Bush and Richie’s own social channels and any other talent that may be involved in the broadcast. This will include your likeness. Additional content may be filmed for social media accounts by British Gas and other 3rd parties involved in the project. This filming may take place prior, on and after Wednesday 11th February 2026. Dates and details will be arranged directly with the winner. The content of this filming will be decided by the Absolute Radio production team and British Gas. If for any reason the winner(s) does something that brings Bauer or British Gas into disrepute we reserve the right to remove them from the outside broadcast and filming at our own discretion. · If, for any reason, the winner is uncontactable and/or cannot host the Primary Option and/or attend the Alternative Option, then the Absolute Radio production team have the right to continue the activity without the winner and have the option to select another Finalist to utilise the applicable, Primary or Alternative Options to facilitate the Prize. As such, the original winner will forfeit their prize and the back-up Finalist will receive the full prize as described in 5. THE PRIZE.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you have submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you any remuneration therefore and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize if applicable. We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

1. MISCELLANEOUS.

• Entries which do not comply with these Terms or the General Competition Terms and Conditions will not be accepted and any entries may be disqualified if we have any reason to suspect that there is a breach of, or non-compliance with, these Terms.
• Where a competition mechanic involves the answering of questions, the correct answers to questions must match our answers to win (or be sufficiently close in our sole reasonable opinion) to be acceptable. In the event of any dispute about any answers given and whether they are correct, we reserve the right to amend what we deem a correct answer, however we are not obliged to, and our decision in either case is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.
• You are responsible for all costs of entry and where necessary, obtaining the bill payer’s permission. Please refer to your tariff with your network provider for information about charges you may incur for entry into our competitions via any SMS or phone call entry route.
• We accept no liability for network, technical or signal errors, issues or failures experienced by entrants when entering the competition or at any stage during the mechanic of the competition.
• Whilst on-air, you must not make any inappropriate, profane, indecent, harmful or offensive statements. If you do so we reserve the right to take you off-air immediately and disqualify you from the competition. You may be also disqualified from the competition at any time if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners. Any prize already won may be withdrawn and re-awarded to another entrant.
• As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition or any element of the Prize.

We may cancel, end or suspend the Competition where we are required to do so in circumstances outside our control. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any stage during the Competition if such amendment is necessary to facilitate the administration of the Competition.
