Free weight loss app for West Sussex residents
I spotted this and thought it was worth sharing as it’s actually free - a council funded free offer.
If you live or work in West Sussex you can get 12 months’ free access to the Gro Health weight management programme, funded locally. It’s basically a structured plan in an app with education, tracking, recipes and support. You self-refer online and if you’re eligible you can start straight away (I did).

Eligibility looks like standard weight management criteria (adult, BMI over the usual threshold) and the form checks your details.
Hope that helps someone who’s been putting it off because everything costs a fortune at the moment.
