I think the 4th down should be James Milner (McAtee only made 18 appearances for Man City so it is unlikely that 9 of those were against Utd).
The 11th down is likely to be Eliaquim Mangala (57 appearances for City)
I haven't checked everyone but I think Riyad Mahrez (111 caps for Algeria) will be the answer77
