DMP Not being paid on time

My friend was starting a business decorateing houses to a quality standard. I did a contract with her and I sent £4000 to her bank account. She was to pay me back the full ammount
She then made many excuses that she was on holiday, she had issues with her husband, wasn't well.
I then found out she did not work and spent my money on a holiday. She had scammed me. I threatend cout and went to a solicitor who told me it was not worth.persuing as it would cost me thousands. Police said it was a solicitors matter.
She then contacted a dept management company and agreed to pay me £15.65 a month. Since 2023 she has paid me £375.60
I am 65 and concerned I will never get all my money back.
What can I do please?
This is a personal loan and DMP refused to add interest which she agreed to in the contract.
I forgot to say that when we signed the paperwork she took it with her to photo copy. I never recieved it. However going to DMP confirms she owes it. I also have emails.

Lending money, you can`t afford to lose, to a friend, is always risky, as any agreement isn`t worth the paper its written on if they default on payments.
You can make a money claim online at (MCOL) the fee is a few quid depending on how much she owes you, but if she doesn't have the money to pay you, then there is very little point in doing anything.
She is drip feeding money to you now via a debt management plan, you would likely get the same amount if you obtained a CCJ against her, so unless you know she has cash or assets stashed away somewhere, that bailiffs could potentially seize, there is very little else you can do.
