Precisely the sort of reasoning you need. Have the up to date evidence available.

The car valuation bible is Parker's Guide I believe? So if you see some possibles, you can check their "value" quickly?

Thanks for all of your replies.

I have read several threads recently suggesting that mobile contracts are usually aloud or simply left to continue in bankruptcy, providing the cost is reasonable. But this is confusing as contracts tend to be credit agreements for the handsets. I have read that the OR checks your credit file & bank account direct debits to find undeclared agreements, so even if it was left to pay out of your “personal funds” the OR would cancel or insist on the cancellation of the credit agreement regardless? Is it this strict?

if we can keep our sky mobile handsets It would be much less hassle, but if it’s categorically not aloud, I can stop paying now and get alternatives. Currently Saving for new handsets whilst also saving to replace my car, pay for a years insurance outright and cover the bankruptcy fee. I’ve already swapped to an alternative sim provider, so it’s just the handsets with sky

    any advice appreciated
