Pension forecast amount going down, not up!

I have been making voluntary Class 3 NI contributions for some time in order to reach a full state pension. The contribution I made last April (2025] is yet to show on my pension forecast and, when I eventually managed to speak to someone at DWP, I was offered an 8 week callback. This was in March 2025.  The call did come and I was told to check my forecast again around October time as there was a severe backlog. Still nothing has changed.  In fact, something has changed as when I last checked online, an earlier year (already allocated and documented as such) has been taken away and my forecasted amount has gone down! Has anyone else suffered similar frustrations? Around £1600 of my hard earned money has just disappeared.  I live overseas so cannot afford the luxury of hanging on the phone for hours on end and cannot do anything online (because I live overseas!)
