It's always about communication.
Effective communication manages expectations effectively.
If they advised mid Jan and provided early everyone would be happy but when they claim an incredible date their credibility takes a nose dive.
They know their business, core activities and recent pressure such as regulatory checks, increased activity due to budget panics and replanning etc. The customer is not aware of their personnel issues and complexities of accessing differing funds they are, their forecast should be accurate!Your life is too short to be unhappy 5 days a week in exchange for 2 days of freedom!1 -
