Anyone know anything about Grass Roots?

Options
Hi

I signed up to Grass Roots Mystery Shopping https://www.grassrootsmysteryshopping.com/msw_pnlExtWelcome.aspx a few weeks ago and have my first assignment on Tuesday 8th Jan, but thought I would ask if anyone had any experience with them and what are they like?

They are one of the better MS companies. Always pay on time. Only problem is the new self assignment website. If your at home all day and can keep pressing the refresh button to see if new assignments are in then great. If not then you have trouble getting in first to get any jobs.
  • Ive signed up but I dont like the idea of giving bank details out.

    Is it safe????
  • Yes its fine as they need your bank details so they can pay you. I have been with Grassroots for about 6 months and had some good assignments however had no local jobs posted since early December.

As others have said Grass Roots are fine. A couple of friends and myself have been with them for over a year. The number of assignments a year ago was significant (Barclays, vodaphone etc), the number of new ones has dropped significantly ....

    Hi, Mrs Super-dad here.

I work for Grass Rootas and think they're great. Have absolutely no problems and any small issue has been resolved immediately. Def recommend - just hard to get the good assignments. THey have loads of well paying Barclays assignments but you can't be a customer so if you don't have a Barclays account then sign up!

That's not true. The last assignment I did for Grass Roots was as a B******s customer to enquire about how they would handle a request to close my account.
    Waddle you do eh?
