If you're wondering "what's the question I need to answer?!", you need to tap/highlight GIMMIE THE CASH, YOU SEXY LEGENDS and THEN the "add a ticket" will add a ticket! I was stumped for a few minutes. I'd also registered an account before doing the above.

It's not on the Google Playstore. If you tap the "tap here for android" link on the competition page (see op above), you'll get prompted to download it from their/3rd party website. I had to switch off the "auto blocker" safety feature on my phone.
