Same Comp question different answers

I have contacted Woman Magazine about the following:

correct answer 4

correct answer 5

Either the company has changed the contents of the hamper or one of the answers is a typo. Counting the hampers on their website I think the answer for both should be 5 contain Tattinger champagne.

It is the same on Whatson TV, Womans Own, Celebsnow, Lifedeath and Womansweekly

I'll let you know if I get a reply.

I think they make it up as they go, last month they randomly changed the answer for one of the comps that had been running for a few weeks already, but the question didn't change, just the answer,  something to do with Billie Eilish.

The 5 hampers with Taittinger are:
   Champagne Celebration Hamper

   The Champagne Splendour Hamper

   The Grand Extravagance Hamper

   The Happily Ever After Hamper

   The Christmas Extravagance

When the first comp was posted in December, the answer was definitely 5.

Subsequently, the British Hamper Company appears to have sold off any remaining "Christmas" hampers at half price and they are [all?] now out of stock, including the last hamper in the list above.
As they may not sell these again until the end of this year, and the range and/or contents could be different, then I suppose that 4 is justifiable as the correct answer now.

Not had a reply but had an acknowledgement that my email had been passed to the team to check.

BUT this morning both the answers are now showing as 4.

Also the new one on Good to Know is showing 4.

However the Olive competition which finishes in 5 days is still showing 5.

At least the answers are all consistent although not sure what happens when they change answers half way through a comp when the original answer 5 had been confirmed as correct. Do my previous entries still count?

I contacted them when they changed an answer on a comp I posted part way through. This was the reply I received

Thank you for contacting the Recombu competition marketing team.

It was brought to our attention that the answer to the question was incorrect, so we altered this accordingly. However, this does not effect any of your previous entries and these will still be counted in the prize draw.

I did notice that when they altered answers the correct answers have been put in the same place as where the answer was that they changed.
