Competitions that link with Facebook

I hope I can explain this correctly.
I regularily enter the "Mag Daily" competitions. When I have entered the competition I then click on the "share" tab to get an extra entry. This is usually the "Facebook" tab.
I was concerned with my security and privacy on Facebook so I went through and removed all the apps and websites on Facebook that have access to my information. I thought I could then only allow certain apps and websites to have access in the future.
Somehow I have managed to remove all connections to Facebook from other websites and don't know how to get it back.
This is the error message I am getting when clicking on the "Share on Facebook" tab on the Mag Daily competitions.

User opted out of platform
The action attempted is disallowed, because the user has opted out of the Facebook platform.
Yes I did opt out by mistake so does anyone know how I opt back in again?
